WHITE CHILL SOUP

serves 4

2 lbs. ground chicken or turkey
2 cups green onions, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cups, white beans, drained
6 cups tomato juice or more
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet heat oil, add meat and Worcestershire sauce simmer on low heat 5
minutes. Add onions, peppers chili powder,
garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer until onions and peppers are done. Transfer to sauce pan and add tomato juice and beans. Simmer on low heat 1-2 hours. Spoon into bowls and top with cilantro.
