CAJUN POTATOES

serves 6

4 white potatoes, baked, cool
3 tbs. butter, melted
1/2 cup olive oil
1 red onion, sliced
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Slice potatoes into thin slices. In sauce pan,
add butter, oil, worcestershire, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and onions, toss to coat with oil. Add rosemary, garlic and cayenne pepper. Simmer on low heat 10-20 minutes. Or until onions are done.
