EASY BARLEY

serves 4

1 cup uncooked quick-cooking barley
1/2 cuo chopped green onions
1/2 cup water
2 cups canned chopped tomatoes
1 tbs. butter
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in sauce pan, add onions and simmer until done. Add the remainging ingredients. Bring to full boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes.
