EGGPLANT AND PASTA CASSEROLE

serves 6

1 lb. curly pasta
3 cups spaghetti sauce
2 cups eggplant, cubed
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup half-half
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 cup shredded white cheese
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste.

Cook pasta according to directions. Combine all ingredients in large bowl except, bread crumbs. Mix well, transfer to baking dish, top with bread crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
