POTATO AND CARROT HASH BROWNS

serves 4
4 white potatoes, peeled and grated
4 carrots, peeled and grated
1 cup white onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbs. butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs. olive oil
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

In bowl combine potatoes, carrots, onion, paprika, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add 2 tbs. butter. Heat remaining butter and oil in skillet. Shape potatoes and carrots into patties. Brown in skillet on both sides. Serve with eggs.
