SQUASH BAKED POTATO

serves 4

2 russet potatoes, baked
1/2 cup banana squash
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Cut squash in small pieces, steam in water until done, drain. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out pulp from skin. Combine potato pulp,squash, butter, paprika,worcestershire, salt and pepper. Put into food processor until you have a creamy yellow puree. Spoon back into potato shells. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
