BROWN RICE and VEGETABLES

serves 4

2 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup cooked green pea pods
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped yellow squash
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 tsp. Italian herb seasoning

Steam all vegetables and mix with hot rice and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Serve hot.
