CURRY TUNA SALAD

serves 4

2 cans water packed tuna, drained
8 oz. water chestnuts,drained, sliced
2 tbs. chopped green onions
4 tbs. dried cranberries
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce leaves

In medium bowl combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Mix well. Place lettuce leaves on plate, top with tuna.
