TEXAS EGGS

serves 6

12 eggs, beaten
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. chili powder
6 black olives, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
cilantro

Spray backing dish with cooking spray. Layer
bacon on baking dish. Combine eggs, onions, olives,chili powder, tomatos,worcestershire sauce, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour over eggs. Top with cheese and cilantro.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
