STUFFED EGGS WITH HAM

serves 6

6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half
3 oz. cooked ham, chopped
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbs. green onions, chopped
4 tbs. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp.Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
cilantro

Scoop out the yellow part of the egg. Combine
yoke of egg with all ingredients, except cilantro. Mix well, stuff into egg whites and
top with cilantro.
