CHICKEN AND NOODLE SAUTE

serves 4

2 boneless,skinless chicken breast,cut into strips.
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tbs. chopped garlic
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 cup snow peas
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cups water
2 pkg, ramen noodle soup mix
1/4 cup white wine
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste.

In skillet heat oil, add chicken,garlic and
worcestershire sauce. Simmer on low heat for
4-6 minutes. Stir in water, Italian seasoning,
salt,pepper and 1 pkg. of seasoning from noodles. Simmer on low heat 6-10 minutes. Break noodles in half and add to chicken.
Add snow peas,green onions and white wine. Simmer on low heat 5-6 minutes.
