CHICKEN SALAD ON RAISIN BREAD

serves 4

2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
8 slices raisin bread
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup green onions,chopped
1/4 cup celery,chopped
1 hard-cooked egg,chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
lettuce leaves
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste.

In medium bowl combine all ingredients, except
bread and lettuce.Mix well. Place chicken salad
on each 4 slices of bread. Top with lettuce.
Cover with remaining bread slices.
