POTATO and SPINACH CASSEROLE

serves 8

6 med. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 pkg. frozen cream spinach
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup heavy cream
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Cook, drain and mash potatoes. Add all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Place in baking dish and top with cheese. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
