ZUCCHINI BAKE

serves 6

1 lb. zucchihi
1 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
4 tbs. butter, mealted
1/4 cup heavy cream
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Wash and cut ends off zucchini. Shred zucchini.
In skillet add butter, onions, worcestershire
sauce,salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat 3-4
minutes. Add zucchini, cream and 1/2 cup cheese. Simmer on low heat until thicken. Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
