TEXAS CORN PUDDING

serves 8

1/2 cup yellow corn meal
2 cups cream-style corn
4 eggs,beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. green chilies,drained
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. butter,melted
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt to taste.

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Transfer to baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve with bean soup and salad.
