EGG AND GREEN CHILI QUICHE

serves 6

1 pie crust, 9 inches
8 oz. pork sausage
4 eggs, beaten
4 oz. green chilies, drained
6 oz. shredded cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet browm sausage with worcestershire
sauce. Drain off fat. Transfer sausage to pie
crust. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over sausage. Bake in oven 375 degrees for
30-40 minutes. Serve with salsa.
