CORN AND BEAN CASSEROLE

serves 8

2 cups pinto beans, drained
2 cups whole kernel corn,drained
4 oz. green chilies, drained
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 cup half-half
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 egg, beaten
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl combine corn, beans,peppers, onions, chilies, 1 cup cheese, worcestershire
sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Transfer
to baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
In another bowl combine cornmeal, half-half
and egg. Pour over mixture and top with
remaining cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
