serves 6
1 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. capers
2 tbs. mayonnaise or more
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
Cut shrimp into small pieces. Combine all ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Serve on spinach
or lettuce leaves.
