DEER SAUSAGE STUFFING

serves 6

1 lb. deer sausage, browned and drained
2 cups chopped green onions
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup sliced mushrooms
12 oz. bag stuffing mix, with spices
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup dryed cranberries
1/2 stick butter
1/2 to 1 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet melt butter, saute onions, mushrooms, and celery. In large bowl combine
all ingredients. Mix well add more broth if
needed. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-
30 minutes. Or until done. Or stuff turkey with
cool stuffing.
