TURKEY BREAKFAST

serves 6

2 cups cooked turkey, diced
2 cups chicken broth
6 plain bagels
1/2 stick butter
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tbs. cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

In saucepan add broth, cornstarch, butter,worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until thicken. Add turkey, mushrooms and
cream. Simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes. Slice bagels in half. Pour mixture over bagels.
