HAM and CAPRESE SALAD

serves 4

1 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 slices
8 slices sliced ham
8 slices tomato
4 slices red onions
16 slices cucumber
Rasberry Chipotle Sauce
Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Brush ham with worcestershire sauce. On 4 plates arrange 4 slices of cheese. Top each slice of cheese with ham, tomatoe, cucumber and onion. Repeat layers. One slice of cheese on top. Sprinkle with Rasberrt Chipotle Sauce.
Can be served on a bed of lettuce.
