RED CABBAGE

serves 6

1 head red cabbage, shredded
1 cup sliced red onion
1 red apple, sliced
1 tbs. canola oil
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Add oil to skillet. Add all ingredients and
simmer on low heat 45-60 minutes or until done.
