BEEF and SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE

serves 6

1 pack [8 oz] cooked spaghetti
1 lb. ground sirloin beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 [14 oz.] can chopped tomatoes
1 [14 oz.] can chili with beans
2 cups shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream, soften
4 oz. green chilies
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown beef with Worcestershire
sauce. Drain. Add onions and celery. Simmer
5 minutes. Add chili, tomatoes, sour cream,
green chilies, chili powder, garlic powder,
1 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Add mixture to
spaghetti. Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with salad.
