PISTACHIO CHEESE LOG

serves 8-10

1 cup shredded swiss cheese
2 cups cream cheese, 16 oz.
1 tsp.creole mustard
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts or more
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Combine swiss chees, cream cheese, mustard and
worcestershire sauce. On foil shape into a roll. Roll in nuts and wrap in foil. Chill
1-2 hours.
