4 skinless, boneless, chicken breast
1 cup sliced red onions
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken in baking dish. Bake 5 minutes
at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Lay the onions and tomatoes over chicken. Combine broth
worcestershire, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over chicken.
Return to oven and bake 10 minutes. Pour wine
over chicken and bake 10-15 minutes or until
chicken is done.
