SPINACH AND PASTA SALAD

serves 4

4 cups cooked corkscrew pasta
4 cups torn fresh spinach
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
2 tbs. orange juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. white wine
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Place in large salad bowl, torn spinach, oranges, onions, almonds and pasta. In bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over pasta and stir to coat.
