YELLOW SQUASH BISQUE

serves 6

3 cups cooked yellow squash
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups water
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup white wine
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In saucepan add water, squash and worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 5 minutes. Transfer to blender.Blend until smooth. Return to saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer on low heat 5-6 minutes.
