KIDNEY BEAN RELISH

makes 5 cups

2 cups red kidney beans,drained
2 cups frozen whole kernel corn,drained
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup chopped red onion
1 3/4 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

In bowl combine beans, corn, onions and peppers. In sauce pan combine the remaining ingredients. Bring mixture to boil. Pour over bean mixture. Toss to coat. Ladle into clean jars, screw lids on firmly. Store in refrigerator.
