3 cups shredded hash browns, drained
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup half-half
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/8 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
In baking pie-pan press hash brown on bottom
and side. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 15-20
minutes. Place ham and onions on hash browns.
Combine the remaining ingredients, mix well.
Pour over ham and bake in oven at 350 degrees
for 20-30 minutes.
