Serves 4
Ingredients:
¾ cup uncooked grits
3 cups water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
¼ teaspoon creole mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In large saucepan, bring water to boil; add grits. Cover and simmer on low heat about 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, stirring until cheese melts.
