STUFFED LETTUCE ROLLS

serves 10

20 lettuce leaves
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts,drained
1/4 cup pitted black olives,chopped
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In bowl combine all ingredients, except lettuce. Transfer mixture to lettuce leaves and
roll up. Chill 1 hour.
