QUESO DIP

serves 10

1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz. tomato sauce
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbs jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 tbs.cilantro
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage in skillet with worcestershire
sauce. Drain off fat.Add onions and mushrooms.
Simmer on low heat 5 minutes. Add the remaining
ingredients. Simmer on low heat 5-10 minutes.
Transfer to bowl and serve with chips.
