BURGUNDY HAMBURGERS

serves 4

1 lb. ground sirloin beef
3 tbs. chopped green onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup burgundy wine
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns

In large bowl combine all ingredients except,
buns. Mix well and shape into patties. Grill
or broil about 20-30 minutes. Serve on buns.
