ZUCCHINI SOUP

serves 4

3 cups sliced zucchini
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups half and half
2 cup water
1/2 tsp Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In soup pot boil water with zucchini and onions. Add worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.Simmer on low heat until zucchini and onions are done. Add cheese, when cheese melts, slowly add half and half. Simmer on low heat until thicken.
