CHEESE AND VEGGIE MUFFINS

serves 8

2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup steamed broccoli, chopped thin
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup shredded cheese
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl combine cornmeal, baking powder,
soda,sugar,salt and pepper. Mix well. Add milk,
cheese,eggs and worcestershire sauce. Mix well and fold in broccoli. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray and fill with mixture. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
