HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

serves 6

1- 16oz. pkg. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1-14 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. paprika
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except cornflakes.
Pour into baking dish. Top with cornflakes.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
