EGG AND RICE CASSEROLE

serves 4

4 eggs beaten
1 cup cooked long grain and wild rice
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 oz. chopped green chilies
1/4 tsp.paprika
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 tbs. butter
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet mealt butter, saute onions. In large
bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Transfer to baking dish. Bake in oven at 375
degrees for 15-20 minutes.
