MUSHROOM EGG PIE

serves 4

6 eggs, beaten
4 oz. sliced white mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup shredded cheese
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except,
mushrooms and half of cheese. Pour into baking
dish. Top with remaining cheese and slices of
mushrooms. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until
done.
