VEAL- STUFFED MUSHROOMS

serves 4

20 large white mushrooms, cleaned
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine veal, worcestershire sauce,basil, garlic, salt and pepper in skillet. Simmer on low heat 20-30 minutes or until done. Add cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well. Place mixture in mushroom caps. Transfer to baking dish. Bake in oven at 325 for 10-20 minutes or until done.
