BEEF AND SAUERKRAUT SANDWICH

serves 2

2 slices wheat bread
4 oz. sliced beef
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
2 slices cheese
2 slices tomatoes
2 pickles
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Brush beef with worcestershire sauce. Toast
bread lightly. Add beef, sauerkraut, tomatoes,
pickles. Top with cheese. Bake in oven at 400
degrees or until hot and cheese has melted.
