BROWSE THE COLGIN COOKBOOK

BANANA SAUCE

makes 1 cup

1 ripe banana
1/2 cup water
3 tsp. white wine
1 tbs. honey
1 tbs. cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high 1-2 minutes. Chill for 1 hour. Serve on
steamed vegetables.
