1 cup diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped onions
8 oz. whole kernel corn,drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbs butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
In skillet melt butter, add onions and celery.
Simmer until done. In soup pot combine broth,
chicken, carrots, onions, celery, worcestershire,corn,salt and pepper. Simmer on
low heat 20-30 minutes. Add heavy cream and white wine. Simmer 5 minutes.
