BROWSE THE COLGIN COOKBOOK

TURKEY AND PINEAPPLE SALAD

serves 4

2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup pineapple chopped,drained
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well
serve on lettuce or crackers.
