LAMB STEW

serves 4

1 lb. boneless lamb, cut in cubes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced white potatoes
1 cup sliced white onions
1 cup green beans
1/4 cup red wine
2 cups beef broth
2 cups water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp.Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In soup pot combine broth, water, lamb, salt, pepper, worcestershire and garlic. Bring to boil, simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes. Add the
remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
Add more broth or water if needed.
