TEXAS BEEF CASSEROLE

serves 4

2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup kidney beans,drained
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown beef with worcestershire sauce. Add onions and simmer until done.Drain.
Transfer beef to baking dish. Top with rice.
Combine the remaining ingredients and pour
over rice and beef. Bake in oven at 375 degrees
for 30-45 minutes.
