OYSTER CASSEROLE

serves 4

2 pints fresh oysters
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
2 cup creamed spinach
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Colgin Worchestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in sauce pan, add spinch, tabasco,
worcestershire, parsley,garlic,oregano,salt
and pepper. Simmer on low heat 4-5 minutes.
transfer to baking dish, add oysters. Top with
bread crumbs, then cheese. Bake in oven at
325 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
