BEEF AND MUSHROOM PATTIES

serves 4

1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. chopped mushrooms
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil

In large bowl combine all ingredients except,
oil. Mix well and shape into 4 patties. Heat
oil in skillet. Fry patties in oil about 10
minutes, turning the patties once during cooking.
