CHICKEN PIE

serves 4

4 chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped green peppers
4 cups water
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 egg, beaten
1 [10oz.]can chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
2 tbs. butter
2 pastry shells
1/4 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

In sauce pan boil water, add chicken, onions,
peppers, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat 10-20 minutes. Drain. Add
soup, milk, wine, allspice,nutmeg, garlic and egg to chicken. Simmer on low heat 10-20 minutes. transfer to pie-crust, melt butter, top chicken mixture with other pie-crust.Brush top of crust with butter. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes
