HAM SAUCE

makes 2 cups

1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup white raisins
1 tbs. butter
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce

Combine sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Gradually stir in water. Add the remaining
ingredients and simmer on low heat 10-20 minutes.
