serves 6

1 lb. beef, cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups beets,peeled and sliced
1 cup carrots,sliced
2 cups cabbage, chopped
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbs. wine vinegar
1 tbs. sugar
1 tsp.Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
7 cups water

In large soup pot, add water, beef and worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bring
to boil. Simmer on low heat 1 hour. Add to beef, onions, celery,carrots and cabbage.
Simmer on low heat about 1 hour or until done.
Add the remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Simmer on low heat 30-40 minutes. Spoon
into bowls and top with sour cream.
